All of us involved with the library have been excited about this project, which has been in the works for a number of months now. Thanks to amazing work – and generosity – from Scribble Creative Group, we are finally ready to reveal the brand new Griffin Free Public Library Logo.
We will use the all-blue version for most of our official business, and the multi-color version for some of our fun items (bookmarks, t-shirts, book bags, etc.). This logo reflects the forward direction of Griffin Free, and the efforts toward modernizing the library that have occurred over the last couple of years.
As you look at the logo, can you figure out the meaning of all the different parts? I’ll be revealing the whole thing soon, but for now, feel free to take a shot at interpreting it here on the comments!
So what does this mean for the library?
1. This website will be redone in order to feature the logo prominently. That should be happening within the next few weeks.
2. We will be able to get new professional materials – such as business cards and letterhead – that will increase our visibility.
3. We will be working on new promotional items that we hope you will love – t-shirts, library bags, hats, pens, bookmarks, and more! Stay tuned for announcements of when these items are made available for you.
I hope you love this new logo as much as I do, but either way, your feedback is very welcome. Feel free to email me (firstname.lastname@example.org) or post here with your thoughts on this new logo for your library.
Thank you for being a part of Griffin Free!
