Please Excuse Our Mess – Rearranging Picture Books In late December and early January

Around Christmas, the staff at Griffin Free will be working on the next phase of our picture book rearrangement. Once completed, our picture book collection will be organized by subject into categories, and labeled in a way that will help parents and younger children more easily find the stories they are interested in.

During this upcoming phase, our picture book collection will be in stacks and carts all over the children’s room, as we figure out where the books are going to end up. During this time, it may be difficult for us to locate a specific title or book.

We want to make sure you have plenty of notice about this change so that you are able to get a stack of books for the little ones in your life before we being reorganizing. As long as you come in by Friday, December 19th, you will be able to look through the collection without any problem. We will begin work on December 20th, with hopes of completing this phase of the process within a couple weeks. During this time, we will make the collection as available as possible, but parts of it may be unavailable depending on where we are working.

We appreciate your patience as we work to improve the children’s room for the families of Auburn, and we hope that you will come back to see our progress as we work through this change.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me at 483-5374 or via email, director@griffinfree.com. Thank you for being a part of Griffin Free!
